Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

This policy covers subscriptions, digital services, implementation fees, and physical hardware purchased directly from WISR Digital.

2. Subscription Services

• Subscription fees are non-refundable for completed billing cycles.
• Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle pro-rated refunds.

3. Implementation & Professional Services

• Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable.
• If cancelled within 7 days and work has not started, an administrative deduction may apply.

4. Hardware Returns

Hardware (e.g., access control devices) may be returned within 14 days if:

• Unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided
• You bear return shipping cost

Restocking fee: up to 15% unless defective.
Defective items follow manufacturer warranty (repair or replacement).

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days to the original payment method.
