We provide digital solutions for property and strata management, including:

• Property management SaaS
• Resident portal & facility management
• Access control integrations
• Payment gateway integrations
• Implementation, customization & support

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Fees & Payment

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Past billing periods are non-refundable.
• Late payments may result in suspension.

5. Implementation & Professional Services

Delivered based on a Statement of Work (SOW). Changes to scope may incur additional charges.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Hardware and external services follow third-party terms. WISR Digital is not liable for third-party changes or outages.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to operate and improve the platform.

8. Data Security

We apply industry-standard cybersecurity measures including access control, encryption and monitoring.

9. Service Levels

Uptime and support levels follow your plan or SLA, if applicable.

10. Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity.
• No malware or unauthorized access.
• No spam or abusive behavior.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties must protect confidential information except where required by law.

12. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” unless a separate written warranty applies.

13. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

14. Termination

You may terminate per contract. We may terminate for breach or non-payment.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
